Delicious food in such a cool little location! Awesome to watch the planes roll by as you eat. Wait times can get long around lunch time, so arrive early if you’re in a rush!

Jet Runway Cafe is a cute spot for brunch with a view! This place is located within the Florida Executive Airport where you can dine with a view of jet planes landing and taking off. Our party of 4 came on a Sunday at 10am and the dining room was pretty full already. The wait for a table was only 15 min. They take your name and number and text/call you when your table is ready. We were sat at a booth but if you want a closer view of the runway right by the windows the tables there sit 2 people. Service was pretty average but our food was delicious. The chicken and waffles were interesting. Our server said we made a good choice because they've updated the recipe. But she didn't say what it was they changed. The chicken were fried tenders in a maple-chili glaze. The odd thing about it was the waffle itself had more of a chili kick than the glaze on the chicken. The triple stack pancakes were super light and fluffy and a little on the underdone side. They really hit the spot! Not sure if this place will be a regular spot as it is very pricey but it's a good one to impress family & friends from out of town.
