Wow, 1st time here today, very impressed! Equipment was outstanding, it's clean , big and has everything you need.

I am so happy there is a real gym here now, but I feel like I can do everything but abs. There is two situp bench's but no ab machines past that. Other than that I am more than satisfied with the new facilities.

Best gym I've been to. Plenty of equipment to use, and usually not busy at all.

No they shut it down yesterday

My son is on Active Duty in the Navy and will be home for a month of leave, on his way to Poland. Can he come here? Is there a cost? A phone number to speak to anyone?
