I had a Amber ring resized. The stone was removed to protect it, after I got the ring my girlfriend noticed the ring Amber stone had a crack in it that wasn't there.

This is the second time I have used this jewelry store. My encounter this time was not as good as the first. I was disappointed in the turnaround time for repairing a necklace. I was also told it would cost $25 when I dropped it off but was charged $40 when I picked it up. That’s almost double!! After a weeks time I called to check the status on the repair and no one ever called me back. I waited another week and I finally spoke to someone and the necklace had still not been repaired. Not sure if there will be a third time…
