This was a very pleasant experience, the staff person here was very friendly, helpful, and professional! She had a few people waiting in line and took care of business in a very timely manner. The store 🏬 was very clean, plenty of close parking and everything was in place inside the store 🏬, not cluttered! 👍

I went to this UPS store with apprehension because of all the negative reviews I read. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. I came in about 10:30 am to drop off an Amazon return and had 4 people in front of me. They dealt with those in front of me with extreme efficiency and I was in and out of there in 5-6 minutes. By the way, after scanning my QR code they printed a shipping label and there was no charge whatsoever,

Mary and Ron are incredible. They actually care about you and your packages. One of the best UPS Stores in the country. If there is a problem, feel safe in the knowledge that they will do their very best in getting it resolved. A++++
