I called five times in a row and was sitting and listening to the ring of the phone for 30 minutes as I drove over because I wanted to get there and be seen. No one answers the phone for 30 minutes so I show up and ask if they can fix my car’s issue. No they can’t. Could have saved gas, time, frustration, and stress on my car that is already having an issue if literally one person in their car department had answered the phone so they could answer my very simple question but they cannot

They don’t respect the appointment

Showed up at opening hour, and was greeted by no one. Singing birds inside garage, and no techs. Unfriendly woman near counter acted like the auto center was her private business, and greeted me with a nasty disposition, tone of voice, & facial expressions telling me she doesn’t open until 8 am. When I told her it usually opens at 7 am she gave a nasty retort that she doesn’t have that many workers now - yeah, no wonder….. Joke.

Great employees but the hours are incorrect. They are understaffed unfortunately and Walmart hasn't created a system to notify people so they start work around 11 and often close at 4p despite being 7-7. Heads up.
