This was the worst car purchasing experience of my life. I scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle I was interested in, showed up 5 minutes early to be notified at the dealership that my salesman Paul was "gone for the day". That should've been the first red flag. But a nice gentleman offered me a water and actually asked some personable questions, nearly the only person to speak to me the entire 2 hrs I ended up sitting for, so I stayed. My new salesman Mike, terrible. He seemed irritated by my presence for some reason, and I'll leave it at that. Made no attempt to engage me in any conversation or look at me, faced his screen with his side to me the entire time and asked me maybe 1 or 2 questions before going to "run things by the finance guy" or whatever his role was. Last time I saw Mike. I watched from his desk as he remained in the back office smiling/laughing with other presumed salesmen as I sat unbothered for 2 hours watching other people get dealt with & leave satisfied, until they closed. I was soon ushered out with the statement "the banks weren't responding" and I'd get a call the following day. Never received a call until I followed up myself…and was told by Mike he’d call back because he was "too busy to look at anything right now". Last I heard from them. I purchased a better car at a nearby accredited dealership for lower interest, it was all pleasant and seamless. I was treated like a person. I come from a professional family and this is the most disrespected I’ve felt dealing in business in a long time.
