I noticed: plenty of Plexiglas shields on desks and at the front check in area; plenty of social distancing in the waiting areas; all pens come from sealed packing; the woman who appraised our car was extremely professional, asked if it was OK to touch our car and then wore gloves; everyone masked; dedicated staffer cleaning and sanitizing continuously; multiple hand sanitizer stations. All in all, very well done in my opinion.
