I saw three different staff yell at customers. Only the state can get away with such behaviors. Long lines, archaic slow process.

I never write bad reviews, but not in this situation. Today, for the first time in 10 years in USA, I experienced discrimination and bullying. Terrible attitude towards international people!!!They don't solve problems, they create them… I have several refugees families from Ukraine. In the first month, they passed for permit, but confirmation from the Homeland Department was required. So, we waited for 2 months but did not receive anything. We called the Homeland's Department and were told that everything looks good, and we can go and get our permit. At the same time we received a confirmation email from pendot. Believe or not, when we came to get the perm, the worker Antony Schmidt said-show us the letter or go home. We showed the email and asked to simply check in the system. He and manager, told us to go home and come back when we will have a letter by mail. Besides we would have to get a number again and stand in a waiting line. Seriously!!!!!! How many times???? Just do your job, and we will not need to do it over again and again !!!!!!! May you just open your eyes and check it ??? We already approved! What is wrong with you???? Finally, Anthony checked and gave us the permit… Is this a system problem or a human factor? Avoid this place!

Kind of tall wears glasses is bald I don’t judge by color, he’s black, ( just to explain what he looks like) anyway I asked a simple question in a calm manner and this guy is just always rude, this man clearly hates his job high recommend to not go here they are TERRIBLE AND UNORGANIZED!!!!!

King of Prussia is a real I'd super center. 3 times the amount of employees. They can hand you a finished product. Hv can order it for you.
