I was sat in a room for a consultation. Waited for a half hour with no update. Eventually I had to leave as the appointment was during the work day and I took time off to go. How am I supposed to feel believe any procedure would have me in mind. I couldn't even get the office to notice me on my first visit. Extremely disappointing since it took some courage for me to even schedule an appointment.

There wasn’t ever a moment I didn’t have someone available to me. Moving on to my surgery, I’m obsessed. Dr. Lo listened to all of my desires and exceeded them.
