Horrible customer service placed a order online for fuel, was told on phone by employee that they would deliver Friday order was placed on Tuesday. Friday came and went without delivery. Tried contacting them multiple times thru Facebook email and phone calls,no response. Never again will I purchase from them or recommend them to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

STAY AWAY. The owner, John or Jo, or whatever his name is is a joke. He will also post your address on here if you leave a bad review. I live at 235 Water St, belvidere NJ. You have my address, John. Feel free to stop by anytime. Terrible customer service...well actually, i should clarify and say NO customer service. Twice now i ordered from them and have been unable to get a response when calling or messaging online. I am not sure what happened with this place as last year i received my oil within the promised time frame but now as i write this review it is now 2 days past the promised time i would receive my oil and nobody will get back to despite trying to call/email...save yourselves the hassle and pay the extra $10-30 and use another company. As of 5:40pm, the owner emailed back saying he is cancelling my order due to the above review...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...YOU WILL REGRET IT. This man does not know how to operate a business and is a pathetic excuse of a person. If you are unable to deliver your fuel on multiple occasions within the timeframe then the issue is with YOU, John. Not me. I paid immediately for a service that you failed to provide. YOU, sir are a sorry excuse of a businessman. Funny you have enough time to reply to your bad reviews but don't have the time to deliver the oil i paid for? Edit 2: John is right about the the delivery for today and not 2 days past due...meant to say ive been waiting for two days...at any rate, the oil is still not delivered TODAY...and the last order was SEVEN days to deliver John...screenshot posted below. Edit 3: Since John cancelled my order (still waiting for my refund by the way), i ordered from Hackettstown Oil at 6pm last night and without even using and expedited service, they are currently at my home (9:39am) delivering my oil. Update: i had to put in a dispute with Amex and finally, just now (4/6/2021) received notice that it has been resolved, no thanks at all from the owner. Again, do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.

Rude, irresponsible, unreliable and totally unprofessional. Just read the reviews. It's the same story over and over. The same just happened to me. I'm now using another service. Don't waste your time.

More than one bad experience. The reason this company has the lowest prices is clear, it’s to compensate for complete lack of customer service or accountability for their short comings. All you need to do is look at the owners responses to these poor peoples reviews to see how completely unprofessional he is. I’d personally rather pay a few cents more per gallon and take my business to a company who is deserving. *** responding to owners message on my review. No you don’t have my email address on file, because I don’t use this one to order. I am definitely getting the company right, but why would I share my true identity for you to just throw insults or personal information like my address as you have done with other people leaving honest reviews of the level of service they have received. ****
