This place is an amazing place to go and take a quick walk and enjoy nature in. It is a nice peaceful place right by the river. There is a trail to the south that is a short cut to River Heights and it has an awesome view.

Possibly. You would want to contact the city about such things, since there's not a formal space reservation process like there is for some other Logan parks. I'm not certain it's the best location for a wedding though. There are several other local parks would have better facilities for that.
They are doing some construction currently for a nearby subdivision that is going up. It would be a beautiful setting if construction is finished by October. There are NO public restrooms which could be a drawback as well.
