On a referrel, we met with Chris to help us with a Living Trust. He was so accommodating and met with us in our home. He explained the entire process to us, answered all our questions and gave us great advice for our circumstances. Chris is very thorough, knowledgable and a true professional. When we started this process with Chris, we really didn't know much about trusts. Thankfully we followed-through with our referral and called Chris. We hope our review will help others seeking help with this process, you will be in great hands!

Chris was wonderful! He helped us figure out the steps we need to make to protect my husband's best interests. He made a daunting task easier to manage and eased my husband's anxieties. He was thoughtful and showed compassion, we felt he really cared! We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help regarding a trust or will.

Chris was so great to work with! He answered all of our questions and was patient with us as we worked through the process of what we needed help with. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a great lawyer. Thanks Chris!

Chris did a great job helping my wife and I create our trust. He answered our questions, met at a convenient time for us, and was really great with our kids. Definitely recommend Chris for anything related to wills/trusts

Questions & Answers

I have a 2005 living trust. Can you give an estimate, to which I will not hold you, of the cost to update it?

It all depends on how much amending is required. A simple amendment may be a few hundred dollars. If I need to redo the trust it's more likely to come out around a thousand.

I hope you don't mind me asking another question but will you cite the code of law (State or otherwise) that says a will is private and no one has the right to see it until the person's passing?

That question is too complex to answer here but I would be more than happy to give you the long answer over the phone. I don't charge to talk so feel free to give me a buzz.

Do adult children have the right to read or know what is in their parents will before the parent passes away?

Thanks for the question Brent, generally the answer is no a person's will is private. Even a spouse does not have the right to see their partner's documents.
