We will celebrate our two year anniversary here at Cypress Falls tomorrow!! We relocated from a fabulous golf community in Michigan (I was President of the HOA for four years) and fell in love with our new family of friends, activities and neighborly kindness that permeates this place. Daily we are thankful for choosing Cypress Falls as our home.

I have lived here in Cypress Falls for 2 1/2 years. I have enjoyed many of the amenities and clubs which are offered. My neighbors are terrific and we help each other when needed. It’s sad that some individuals from the community find a need to trash it strictly because they are running for the board, which the residents will be taking over in September.

I moved into this community about a year and a half ago. It is a beautiful community and for the most part the residents are wonderful, supportive and welcoming. There are some comments about mismanagement, lack of leadership that are maybe not as fair as they should be. This community started 16 years ago, typically a developer comes in and finishes and is out within a couple of years. The builders changed hands a couple of times through the economic downturn. We are in the process now of transitioning the homeowners association to the residents from the builder and there are a lot of great qualified people that are running for these positions and I have great hope that we will have a terrific leadership body. And I believe we will because the residents love this place love living here and it is in high demand for a reason. But even as it is today it truly is a wonderful place, wonderful community filled with great people And I rate it a five today.

We absolutely love Del Webb at Cypress Falls. We like that it's a smaller Del Webb community and it's been very easy making new friends and participating in the large variety of activities they offer. We had an overall good experience with the building of our house, and the Pulte staff we dealt with were all professional, responsive and knowledgeable. In September, Pulte is turning over the community to the residents, and we'll be electing and installing our first resident Board. We're very excited about living here and look forward to enjoying our retirement years at this wonderful community.
