Didn’t rate it 1 star because the smoothie was good. Otherwise, rude staff. In a rush to place your order and move the line along. Then they don’t fill your smoothie all the way to the top when there is evidently plenty left in the blender. All they do is toss it out. Why rip off customers? I’d rather drive further for a better experience.

It’s unfortunate I drove 20 minutes to get to the location 13 minutes before closing and the workers had the door locked while they’re cleaning. In my opinion change your hours if you’re going to leave early. Besides they never answers the phone to take orders, very unprofessional hopefully corporate will see this and speak with them in reference to my matter

The two young men were very nice and helpful! However, the manager’s nasty attitude towards them made the experience frustrating. He was screaming at them in front of the customers saying they keep making mistakes. Super unprofessional; his attitude was worse than their mistakes.
