Established my three fur kids, dog and two cats. Had yearly vaccines, etc. My older cat has an infection in his mouth, they will not get him in until late August. I can't wait that long, so he will go to another vet's clinic that actually is getting him in immediately. To make us go to an emergency vet after hours is ridiculous, not even offer antibiotics. Being established with the office should have put him as a priority. This is not an unusual request, I have had animals and vets for 53 years, this is just bad customer service. They don't care about retention of clients obviously.

We were very disappointed after a cat getting out and coming back limping. When I called I was told it would possibly be two days before he could be seen as an emergency patient? Emergencies are just what they say. Thankfully he recuperated on his own.

This veterinary practice was wonderful when it was a mobile vet. As soon as the practice started to grow, the compassion and caring went out the window. I had an amazing dog that was obviously dieing and in pain. She refused to euthanize him and just gave him a huge dose of steroids. It made him so much worse and when I attempted to get someone to my home to perform their "Peaceful In-Home Pet Euthanasia", she went surfing instead. He weighed over 200 lbs, and could not get up, so I had to sit with my buddy and comfort him while he died an extremely painful death. 💔 I am still devastated over this and cannot fathom the completely callous disregard for pets suffering. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been coming here for a few years and have been happy until my most recent experience, and I will not be back. I brought both of my cats for a wellness visit/shots and was told they could not examine one of them because of his temper, but that his breath was so bad that it was most likely kidney disease without even getting blood work to properly diagnose. So i called to make an appointment to have him sedated for a proper exam even though i already paid for one, and they couldn't get him in until almost a month out. This is unacceptable. I have been told that my 10 year old cat most likely has kidney failure, and they do not seem concerned enough to make a sooner appointment. I ended up driving 4 hours to my old vet to only be told that all of his blood work came back perfect. My other cat was in a car fire 3 years ago and has been seen here a few times, so they are aware of his scarring and eye troubles. I was told that his eye was very swollen and that he most likely has melanoma on his eyelid but could just be scar tissue, but she was betting that it was cancerous. I have been scared for both of my cats and their health since this appointment when there was no need to make accusations without the proper testing. I also took this cat to my old vet and there is no swelling and everything looks normal for him. I will be driving the 4 hours for their visits from here on out.

They might be able to do same day emergency appointments but You'll need to call first. They will come out, collect your pet and the dr will call you momentarily when their exam is completed. You'll need to stay in your vehicle while your pet is seen.
