Massage therapy is a type of bodywork therapy. However, the term massage is often indicative of the Swedish massage modality. Beau's preferred modality is myofascial release. This modality is slower and more intentional. It allows the body the necessary time to release tension and begin the innate healing process.

I have built my client-centered practice on valuing people. I want you to feel heard and appreciated during your entire experience with me. I take pride in my craft, and if any part of your experience is lackluster, I wish to know so that I may accommodate you preferences. My goal is to listen and then apply the proper techniques to meet your goals. As such, no two bodywork sessions are alike. You will receive custom bodywork therapy that best facilitates your body's innate healing ability.

I am located inside of Carteret Chiropractic and Family Wellness. You will find the office between Great Clips and Island Pet.

We begin every session discussing your current physical health. From there we will ascertain your goals for the session and cooperatively create a treatment plan for the session. I approach bodywork therapy as your body’s opportunity to heal and recover. I make every effort to encourage and facilitate your healing by listening to your goals and then applying the most appropriate massage modality to meet those goals.
