I used to really question the bad reviews here because I always had nothing but good experiences. But yesterday, I had an awful experience here. I dropped off three big bags of clothes, shoes and bags at 10 AM. Came back at 4 PM and they still hadn’t even started going through my stuff. Ridiculous because six hours seems like more than enough time on a Monday. I told them I was going to stay and shop around for a little bit and got a text no more than 10 minutes later saying they were finished with my drop off. Immediately, I was skeptical because there is absolutely no way you could’ve gone through the amount of stuff I brought in in 10 minutes. When I went up to the counter, they told me they were only buying one item from me because the rest of the stuff was too worn, too old or not in season. Yes, some of the stuff was a little worn, I will give them that. But I have sold to them before and they have bought items from me that were 5+ years old. Not to mention, I had tons of designer and namebrand clothing items with the tags still attached. Brand new bathing suits, dresses and shoes. I had one black skirt that I bought six weeks ago, never wore and was too lazy to return. Not really sure what they found wrong with that. They didn’t buy a pink leather vera Bradley bag that was used once or twice and is in mint condition. Meanwhile, there racks in the store are full of fashion nova and SheIn. To top it all off, when they handed my bags back to me, all of the stuff that was on top when I brought it in was still on top, confirming my suspicions that they never looked through any of it. Like I said, up until yesterday I’ve never had anything but good experiences here so this was extra disappointing because I know they can do better. They weren’t even friendly or welcoming either. The manager is great and she wasn’t there so maybe that’s part of the problem, I don’t know. Either way, I don’t see myself coming back here for a long time because this left a really sour taste in my mouth.

I’ve never heard people talk about you while you were shopping. It was definitely an uncomfortable experience. This will be my last time at this one if any I’ll be going to the other ones. All 3 times I’ve went it was awful.. definitely not worth shopping here. They are nice when you come in or 1st time customer but after that.. nothing but ignorant. You never no someone’s situation BE KIND if anything. Maybe it was because I asked for my bag that I brought in for the clothes I just purchased to be put in it. I guess that was too much for them I’d rather them say “get it yourself”. I’d rather pay full price then get treated like that
