Probably the worst customer service I've ever seen. Worse than Comcast if that is even possible. You can try calling 7 different locations and nobody answered the phone. You can try billing, new patient, existing patient etc. etc. and nobody picks up.Left several messages with no response about 2 weeks ago. The entire company is a complete joke. If I can leave no stars I would. Run as fast as you can away from Springfield psychology

I've been seeing the same therapist here since 2020 and I see a psychiatrist here as well. I switched psychiatrists about a year in, and had no problems.

therapist was wonderful. but their secretaries can't communicate properly and their billing is messed up. it took a year of trying to contact them about the fact that they mis-charged my debit card before I gave up. I can't afford 140 dollars out of my pocket for ONE appointment. YOU STILL HAVE THAT MONEY OF MINE that you should have taken from my WEX card. I kept filing claims with wells fargo and you kept denying that you did anything wrong. I will never go to you again. And I will never suggest anyone go to you. And I just wish you'd refund me my money that you promised you'd refund A YEAR AGO.

I see dr. Mathews. I like it. It's all virtual which is convenient because I dont drive. Here's why they got bad ratings from others. They hold a debit or credit card on file and charge you after your appointment automatically. Before taking you on as a patients, they make this practice very clean and you need to sign off on this. Confirm with your insurance what your responsibility for fees are for specialists visits....and it wont shock you when you're charged.
