I ordered online and went to pickup my order. When I got there, the kid at the register looked and told me that my order wasn't ready. I looked on the app and it said it was ready at 5:53. It was 6:10. So someone else asked me if they could help me and I told them I was there to pickup my order. That person went to the rack and picked it up. I don't know what's going on there, but the customer service is horrible.

Not so good yesterday, pizza ordered for 5pm pick up. I arrived and paid at 4.54, not ready yet, 5.10 still could not find, 5.20 l questioned again, showed my on line order, now found. On receipt it said ready 4.58, I waited 20 minutes with ice cream in the car for no reason, need better staff. They offered no " I am sorry about that " nothing. I have been getting pizza here for years, may now find another place. Thanks for caring about customers ???
