We were at our cruise terminal and my elderly uncle forgot his passport and couldn't get on the boat. I called vital records in Utah and they helped us get a copy of his birth certificate. Jill and Debbie (the nicest people on earth) helped us get all the documents we needed to get on the boat. Thank you so much for saving our vacation. I can't thank you enough.

It says ring bell for help, rang it 4 times and they just walk by like you don't exist.. terrible service, and if you try to use the online service from your phone and you need to enter a birthdate, have fun getting your finger tired cuz you have to click back the month over and over till you reach your year, 12 times per year..

The place is very clean, and the employees working are very professional and respectful. I was in and out within the first 30 minutes in receiving my daughters birth certificate.

It doesn't have to be a Utah license, just a government issued license. As long as your Nevada license isn't expired it will be fine.
