Seriously the best! I have a Mac book and didn’t want to go to the Apple store and pay a fortune. I was convinced my laptop was done and he fixed it so quickly! I reached out to somewhere a bit closer to me and they were referring me to contacts in New York to fix my laptop.. Will be bringing all my needs here in the future.

Took my hubby's laptop here after ubreakifix told him it was a total loss. The owner here was able to backup the laptop that day and also repaired the laptop in couple of days(we paid for expedited shipping for parts). This guys is a genius when it comes to repairs and is very professional, accommodating, and efficient! I highly recommend you take your repairs to the owner. My hubby thinks I am the genius for finding this computer repair professional!

PHDfix is the best, do not go to any other shop. Unlike other tech shops who tell you to drop your hardware off and they will get back to you in a "day or so" (more like a week or more), PHDfix gives you the option of performing diagnostics on spot. My PC would not boot up, and I met with Daniel who was incredibly knowledgeable and went through each step in the diagnosis of PC malfunction (did not take long). The small price I paid for the diagnosis was worth it just based on the information I learned alone, not to mention the money it saved me not having to reorder and test individual components of my PC. Very friendly staff, very positive experience. They have excellent knowledge in Mac devices (cellular devices and computers), as well as android devices. I'm sure there is a lot more they have to offer as well, go there.
