My family and I had a great experience through the new home buying process through Fieldstone Homes. Our salesperson, Mike, answered every question that we had, including escalation clauses (price increases due to supply chain) and keeps us up to date on the home building process. We also got introduced to the foreman, Brodie, who has been incredibly sharp with the framing and building process of the entire home. Nothing but good thing to say about those two guys. The home design center was great with Hannah as we were able to choose the colors, accessories, and upgrades that we wanted for the house. While the house is in a 0.09 lot, what it does offer is a lot. The Sandcrest model that we chose is perfect. Large 20 foot ceilings in the front, a huge wide and open finished basement, and great options with the flex room, bathrooms, and options to add in smart-networking and a 7.1 surround sound in the house. And last, but not least, was that Fieldstone (in this particular neighborhood) has a pool, giant hottub, pickleball courts, and fence around the everyone's backyard from the get-go. Pretty nice! Their preferred lender has been great to deal with too which included a nice incentive to choose them, and they provided a good rate for the house, despite home rates increasing recently.
