They don't answer the phone, not even the front desk.. When they do answer, you get put on hold which is ok, because they are transferring you the person in charge, but they don't answer the phone. You get a message that says leave your name and number. And then they don't call back

I'm not sure of the politics of this establishment, but for some reason they are threatening the only attorney I've ever hired, with losing his license. The reason he's the only attorney I've ever hired is because I could actually afford him. Which means he really wanted to help us. & I know he's helped a lot of other people who were poor, like us. If we could've found him a guy like Cole, when my husband was charged & dealing with our case, we probably wouldn't have had to deal with the DOC & AP&P for the last 15 years! I wish you'd just stop wasting your time messing with the one lawyer that actually isn't all about himself & his money. How ALL people should be!!

You can enter their name into the website and it will tell you if there are any kind of disciplinary actions or things against them...You just have to make the assumption that no news is good news and you also need to make the assumption that if you're worried about a specific attorney that there might be something in progress and nothing has been uploaded onto the system yet.
I believe most anyone can get a background check on anyone
If you call the telephone number they provide on their site you can call and it should have the information listed possibly
The snowbird staff.
It is really not good, it takes a long time to attend and the answers of the lawyers are not exact or they do not know or they have to consult the books or another lawyer I did not like it
Find an attorney at LicensedLawyer.org
Anybody can sue anybody if it is proof of defimation of character.
I would get more professional help.
Try the yellow pages under attorneys they work on commission basis try them.
Have a discussion with the attorney. If that doesn't work, look into the Fee Arbitration program: https://www.utahbar.org/public-services/fee-dispute-resolution-program/.
Not ascent law or guardian. Stay far away if you are smart
Well not to be "that guy" but..... You could probably google that
Seriously, write a personal complaint! There are some people actually looking for help here, not a person to take it out on!
The bar itself does not offer legal advice but may be able to provide a list of HIPAA attorneys if you call.
