When you make a mistake own it don’t get a attitude if you order wrong part own it don’t have right tool for job own it don’t leave customer hanging my moms refrigerator is still broken because of poor professionalism this guy Eric was the worst comes of competent but as soon as something goes wrong like all the things I mentioned it’s your fault what a joke
