Met with Sebastián today and we had a great time! I have never gotten a custom suit and he helped me through it and educate me on it answering all my questions. Can’t wait to see the end result! Picked up my suit! It was a month and a half from the estimate I was given originally so I was very excited. It’s absolutely perfect. Sebastián helped me out again and it was fantastic.

Can’t recommend Sebastian highly enough—he did a wonderful job helping me to design and fit my tuxedo. Zero alterations. True professional!

My experience at Enzo custom was exceptional. I've been there multiple times now as the products are the best shirts and suits I own. Sebastian fitted and helped me pick exactly what I was looking for last time and it came out perfect. Highly recommend this shop!

My experience was nothing like the other five star reviews. The quality of the materials they use is decent, but their service and fit guarantee is just marketing. Despite repeatedly explaining what I wanted as well as bringing a couple of suits I own to show what I like/want and to help with measurements, they made a suit that fit poorly and refused to fix it. I didn’t ask for anything extraordinary. I wanted a comfortable work suit (slightly roomier than skinny) that draped well without any weird bunching/creasing. I got a lot of mixed messages from the clothiers at the DC showroom. It was all “yes” before the suit was made. Then, during fittings they made small adjustments but never addressed the key fit issues in the suit they made: restrictive (tight) arms, poor drape (creases around hip area), or the button placed below my belly. After a few fittings, they said: we can’t fix the issues even if we remake the suit; you should try a full canvas and/or heavier fabric for a better drape for your next suit; we can change the suit button height in the next one; etc.  I asked how is it that you can fix these issues in the next one but not this one if you remake it. What about the perfect fit guarantee? They said that I should just return the suit if I’m unhappy and that they can’t really fix these issues because “it’s your body, not the suit.” A custom suit place telling their customer that their body is the issue? I returned the suit. Their customer service team called me a few times to understand what went wrong. They convinced me to give Enzo another chance. They said they stand by their perfect fit guarantee and can fix these issues in the next one. They even gave me a $100 gift card toward my next purchase. I didn’t want the suit to go to waste so I asked if they still had it and if I could take it back. They had it in the store and were happy to ship it to me. I accepted the shipping and suit charges and got it back in a week. A few months later, I decided to give Enzo another chance. During my appointment one of the clothiers who had worked on my previous suit came by and told me that I was “not allowed to order a suit because of the fit issues with the previous order.”  He said I was “allowed to order only pants.”  This was odd given that customer service wanted me to give Enzo another chance.  He claimed I never paid for the previous suit. I was confused. I told him to call customer service and they can confirm that I accepted the suit and shipping charges. The new clothier I had my appointment with wanted me to continue with the new measurements and order. He reassured me they will figure it out with customer service and continued discussing suit options. I gave them the benefit of doubt, chose the suit I wanted, and was ready to pay for the new order.  The other clothier interrupted and told his colleague not to process the order.  At this point I was done with Enzo. I received a voicemail from the store the next day saying that they spoke with customer service and can process my suit order, but there would be no refittings or refunds due to issues with my previous order. They messed up the suit, were unable to fix it, and berated me. And then had the gall to tell me no refittings or refund. Thanks but no thanks. They can keep their $100 gift card and I’ll take my business elsewhere. I will never step foot in an Enzo store again.
