Booked this because of the good reviews! Hotel is amazing, very clean, kid friendly and staff is incredible! Breakfast was advertised in reviews and very amazed by the spread that was put out. Delicious! The ladies did an outstanding job! Pool was open and clean. Had a fantastic stay here! Highly recommended!

Myself & 3 other charter bus drivers spent 4 nights at this Holiday Inn Express. We all had a wonderful stay. Our rooms were very clean & with comfortable beds. The entire hotel was spotless and well kept. Breakfast was good. The pool was clean & refreshing after a long day of driving. A special salute to the manager Tyra & her amazing staff. Everyone was very polite and professional. Eddie at the front desk was amazing & gave us all kinds of ideas local dining. The lady, I think her name was Sharon, that took care of the breakfast area, was a real sweetheart, and kept all of the breakfast items ready & hot. We highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Murray. If you want a delicious meal, walk across the street to Tom's Grille. Their Filet Mignon was over the top!!!

We were greeted by a very nice young man at the desk who checked us in quickly and directed us to our room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. (The carpet could be cleaner). The hallways were very quiet and we slept great. There was plenty of off street parking also. Located close to stores and gas .The breakfast was good also.

Got up late. Ran downstairs and breakfast was over. Lady was cleaning up.. I asked if anything was left. Marsha and Nikki took care of me. Had everything I wanted and was very pleased and impressed.. Not the first IHG I've been too. Probably forty lol.. Have had just a few bad experiences at the breakfast in hotels, but this was one of the best service experiences I've had, if not the best.
