I went on to try to find out where a package I sent was and if they could track it since it was stalled in Philadelphia for 2 weeks, And the Carrier or the Post Office clerk couldn't do nothing he suggested I do it online and had the audacity to inform me that I could have sent it another way. I guess they hire anyone now

Why do I have to wait until 5pm to get my mail...the mail always comes at the end of the day and I can't take care of my business..I been waiting on a check all day and now my bank is closed and this mail delivery system is horrendous and they get treated terribly by their management staff. And this needs to be fixed because you can't be happy working at the worst post office in Utah!

Taih made an extremely insensitive joke about our prepaid package containing bombs when we went to drop it off. Not only were there 0 issues with our package, but he said this “joke” in front of about 20 other customers. Extremely unprofessional, and worrisome for the other patrons around him.

Questions & Answers

When will the Riverton USPS fire their management team and start over? I CONSTANTLY have mis-delivered packages. You would think they were performing brain surgery with the amount of struggling they do to deliver packages. Horrible.

EVERY package that won't fit in our mailbox gets taken back to the post office. They won't deliver it. They leave a sticker in the mail box telling us to come pick it up. Heaven forbid they get out of their vehicle and walk it to the porch. This has been going on for 6+ months now. Horrible service :( UPDATE: No charge!!! USPS still won't deliver anything over the size of an envelope.

No. It is a federal Holiday and no mail delivery

I mailed a small package( an iPhone) to Ghana a few months ago and they have not received it. Is there a way to track it without having purched tracking insurance?

Why the usps at riverton ut has the lobby open after hours and the dispositive to drop packages is locked? This is the second time that we go and cant drop packages its so frustated

Hey there. It isn't locked. It's stuck because people are dumb and don't know how to put packages in correctly so they get jammed.
