When I arrive to the property checked and got my room key open the room door and the first thing I smelled was cigarette smoke had to change rooms to non-smoking so get to the non-smoking room a little bit better and smell but to me it’s still had kind a like a mildew wish smell the floors were not vacuumed well the bathroom the showerhead hair everywhere showerhead had water stains hard water stains built up all around spiderwebs in the corner greeted by a spider toilet paper holder dirty rusted shower curtain was dirty stained towels a few of them were stained not clean well bathroom vent dirty rusty coffee maker was definitely not cleaned Noreen stout microwave was dirty had food stains inside of the microwave starting to rust like I said small pieces of trash on the floor as if they did not vacuum the bed was comfortable but had to buy sheets to put on top of the sheets that were there because the mattress looked very dirty should have had a mattress cover or pad on the top of the mattress because the mattress looks very old dirty and dingy I would not recommend staying at this hotel I understand pet friendly but they would definitely need to do a better job with cleaning the floors and the beds and the rooms. I will not be at this hotel ever again do not recommend it And the breakfast was not very appetizing

I urge people to avoid this awful place. The room they gave us at the Quality Inn Fort Campbell was absolutely disgusting! The room was filthy with BED BUGS!!! There were dead bugs all over the bathroom, I book a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking room! The carpet was covered in cigarette burns. The wood furniture was falling apart. I could honestly go on and on! It was absolutely horrible! Filthy dirty! We immediately left the room and went to the front desk. My husband asked for a refund and to speak with the manager. The manager refused to speak with my husband but told the women working at the desk that he went and looked at our room! He basically called my husband a liar and said the room was fine to stay in and that it was clean! It was nowhere near clean! They refused to refund us for the two night we paid for because we booked online, they said we need to call the booking site to get a refund. Which ok I get that so I asked for a receipt with the check in and check out date and time to provide to the booking site for a refund if we needed it! They refused to give me anything! They said they don't give receipts at checkout and refused to print me anything. The whole experience was a nightmare! Management was unprofessional! At this point I accept that I'm out a couple hundred dollars but I will make sure people know about this horrible, disgusting hotel and how terrible the service was!

Not a horrible motel. The rooms were mostly clean, carpet was a bit dirty and they were stains on some things. The room was very spacious though. It was pretty quite and the receptionist was very friendly. The price should be a bit lower for the quality that it is but not a horrible motel.
