Just a one night stay. Seemed clean...which is extremely important to me. The decor is a bit behind the times. Their alarm click went off at 12:00 midnight...took a couple of minutes to figure how to shut it off and get some sleep. Coffee maker in room does not work. So there were just little irritations to help this an average experince. The staff were nice.

Stopped at this hotel after driving 11 hours on a road trip and it was a very nice relaxing destination to be able to recharge! Check in was great and everyone was very nice. The room was ready for us when we arrived and was cleaned and in good order. We had a relaxing night and were able to get a good rest before getting back on the road again. I did not try many amenities at all, but overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good, relaxing place to stay!

Awesome front desk was kind and helpful. The pool was wonderful. Bathrooms could be cleaned better and dusting needs to be done seriously but you see that in all hotels. If holiday express reads this contact me please. Just look at your pictures and lamps. Also the maps are touched more than anything so are the light switches and the light switches looked like they have never been clean. Holiday express I can offer you a solution. I am a self employed cleaner and I contract with my local health department.

We are avid users of Holiday Inn Express's when we travel. Primarily because my wife finds it convenient that they offer free breakfast, I would just as easily go out for breakfast. When we arrived, we were greeted by far one of the nicest front desk employees we have ever encountered at an IHG property. I wish I had grabbed his name. The room was what we expected; the issue came in the morning at breakfast. We were up early with the kids to get on the road for the next leg of our trip. As I said earlier, my wife likes the fact that breakfast is offered. We get loaded up and go to get breakfast. All the typical "continental" items were offered, but there was no hot breakfast as advertised. Even the pancake maker was out of batter. We loitered a while, got the kids a yogurt, and a sweet roll to see if the pancake machine would get refilled. That never happened. The attendant was around filling coffee and cleaning tables; they never addressed the pancakes, nor was there any hot food ever put out. We realize there are issues getting supplies, and operations need to be adjusted accordingly. It would have been nice at check-in if we had been told there would be no hot breakfast offer. We would have easily just went out to grab breakfast.
