Had to drop 5 stars for customer service! Sarah was beyond helpful to our whole family even while the store was crazy busy on a Sunday. We went in for track shoes for our 12 yr old daughter and Sarah made sure we left with what was going to keep our girls feet healthy and give her a great first track season! She was also super kind and scanned our 9 year old sons feet to help us identify what kind of shoes would best fit him. They don’t sell kids shoes, but she helped us find that New Balance did sell what he would need. It’s so hard to find good shoes for kiddos, especially sports kiddos, when they are hitting those in between kid and adult sizes. Sarah helped us feel confident in finding something for both our kiddos. 100% loyal customers after that kind of service.
