Great place! Super big, lovely garden with walking paths. Has some great hills for kids to roll down, and a lovely secret garden that is shaded. Around Christmastime, they have Luminaria, which I haven't gone to, but I've heard it's incredible. Apparently they decorate with a ton of lights and it's wonderful to walk through. Ashton Gardens is included in the Thanksgiving Point yearly membership, which is awesome.

Please bring back Dinosaur Island next year. My son's have been begging to go to the Dinosaur Museum for a while. So tonight we went to the the Museum of Ancient Life. When we were done, after a couple of hours, and started walking to the car my 2 year old became inconsolable because he didn't think we had gone to the dinosaur museum yet. He had somehow mixed up Dinosaur Island and the museum in his head and when we explained that the gardens Dinosaur event was over, he understood a little better. But what a soul crushing realization for the poor little guy. The rest of the events you do here are amazing, per normal standards. But Dinosaur Island is a huge hit and I really hope to see it return annually.

Very well kept and a very large area to walk around and enjoy. Plenty of shade with the hot weather we are having. Unique place. Well worth the time and cost. Plan for at least 1.5hrs. My favorite part was the area with several statues of Christ depicting different stories of him. The only downer was the giant waterfall wasn't going due to ongoing reduced water in our state. I'll have to go back again.

The food and entertainment were great for the luau. They could use more speakers near the top of the hill so it doesn't block the views of the stage

Hi Maggie! We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place for the summer, and replanting in the fall!
Yeah. There is plenty of room for blankets too.
Hi Greg! Pets are allowed at Ashton Gardens for Dog Walk Wednesdays beginning June 1st, 2022, or for our Dog Days in the Gardens in September. Other than those dates, unfortunately dogs are not allowed!
Hi Holly! Ashton Gardens opens March 26th, 2022! See you soon!
Why aren't we notified when your water features are turned off? Very disappointing to those of us who promised children a huge water falls and fountains. We would have visited later and saved ourselves some serious. money, and a disappointed kid.
Hi Tony! It looks like our advance reservations for May 6th, however there is a chance that walk-up reservations may be available that day!
It's because of covid.
Hi Jennifer! Unfortunately dogs are only allowed in the Garden during Dog Days in the Garden during September!
Hi Eliane! Sorry, the Ashton Gardens open at 9:00am, and regular admission applies!
They may also have a few electric golf carts but I would call first.
It will be until October 20, 2018
Hi Sherry! Unfortunately we don't allow alcohol on property. Sorry!
The Garden is one of the few places you can bring in your own picnic. There are several beautiful areas available to lay out a blanket or sit at a table. During events and busy days, the tables fill up fast, so bring a blanket if you can't find a spot. Water fountains are available throughout the garden.
There are no special hours for Black Friday. They do have Luminaria, their holiday lights, going on now. Tickets are sold for times between 5:00pm and 8:30pm.
