The worst! Granted, I got there at 3:13 pm for my 3:00 pm appointment, but I was not asking to have my eyebrows done immediately, I asked if I could hang around or wait and see if I could get another slot, just in case the next person missed their appointment as well. I was told I could not do that. Even restaurants give you the option to hang around and try your luck, but based on my experience when I got there, and clearly that of many others going by the 1 star reviews here, you would rather keep the 50% deposit and a bad review. I’m not disputing the fact that you would not risk starting to do my eyebrows late only for the person with the 3:30 appointment to get there in time. What I do not understand is why I could not wait and see if the next person would be there at 3:35. And if the next person was already there by the time I got there, you could serve them first and see if there would be any time left after that, and before you closed. It’s basic human reasoning. I’d have appreciated a little consideration and good will to see if there was any way to work things out, even with no guarantee that I could get what I wanted. I cannot tell you how to run your successful business, but your customer service is definitely wanting.
