Customer service is amazing here and they have great, quality products. My daughter’s school had a “dress up as a 100 year old” for the 100th day of school. We went all out dressing her up and getting her ready. She was so excited to get to school and see everyone. Well, school didn’t go as planned, very few kids dressed up and the kids were making fun of her, pointing and laughing. She’s 7, she came home completely heartbroken. What was supposed to be a fun and silly day, caused my girl to come home in tears. Lancaster trophy house came to the rescue! I called my husband at work and told him of our daughter’s heartbreak and he called Lancaster trophy house and explained to them what had happened. My husband drove there straight after work and they made our girl her very own trophy. They turned my girls day around. I can’t say enough good about this place. And their pricing is extremely reasonable. My husband is a little league football coach, we will definitely be recommending them for future medals/trophies. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
