As a veteran and a handicapped individual, I want to know why cars are continually parking in handicapped spaces, without a handicap sign and there is one space for combat veteran parking and cars are continually parked in that spot ILLEGALLY!

Regarding the same parking lot for this location. Once there was two exits and entrances. Now there is only one. What happens if God forbid, there is an emergency and the lot has to be evacuated. It's not going to happen.
