Nice Hard Packed Gravel, scenery is nice. You ride thru small towns along the way. Tow Canal on one side and Delaware River on the other.

Nice area park with access to Delaware canal path. Watercraft access is a little challenging; could be improved to make more accessible.

Is there a playground here with slides etc.? Is it great for toddlers?

No playground. Soccer fields and No playground. Soccer fields and towpath access, nice place for a walk, light bike ride, dog walk, watch the moonrise,etc. but probably boring for toddlers without a planned activity.
