Dishonest, thieves and corrupted. Trophy Recovery illegally towed my vehicle from my community. Their reasoning was for “expired tag”. The license plate is not expired, it just didn’t have the updated decal since I have not received it in the mail. I spoke with community manager and they went over their contract with this towing company and the parking enforcement company (South Florida Parking Enforcement). Nowhere it specifies that they can tow a vehicle with an outdated license plate decal. They can only tow a vehicle without a valid parking permit sticker on tour windshield, which I do have. Community manager and the association told me they had no reason to tow my vehicle. They’re currently investigating this situation. Thieves, they opened my vehicle and stole my AirPods. We spoke with a lady over the phone and she refused to accept they did this and said it’s impossible for them to open a vehicle and steal items. Luckily I was able to track them the entire day on Find My app. Constantly pinging their location in and out. I called Miami-Dade Police Department and asked for their help to retrieve them from one of their towing trucks. The same truck who towed my vehicle. Truck #0224.

Thief’s as in literally steal from your car and you wont even notice! They will also give you FALSE information as to why and who called for your car to get towed. As to why they are still in business idk. They rude and the biggest scammers.

Scam artists, my car got tow away from Los Sueños apartments in Hialeah at 2:40 am from a visitor parking spot. This is some kind of scam prepared by Association and towing company. When I went to recover my car, the people working there are extremely rude. They said that only cash or ZELLE because printer and cards machines were broken. Red flag right there, violating consumers rights to pay with debit, credit or check. The receipt that they provide is a joke, handwritten that you barely understand. No contract between Los Sueños apartments and Trophy Recovery Corp was provided upon my request. They charged me $151 for a Class A car, fee should be $101 in Miami Dade County, I guess that the extra 50 is the commission for Los Sueños apartments. I will report them to Miami Dade County Ethics department.
