Double check with your YMCA if they participate in the Nation Wide membership program. The Pocono Family YMCA does particiapte in this program but if your Y does not, you would not be able to use the facility at no cost. We offer day passes ($10 for adult & $5 for youth)

Childcare from 6 weeks to 12 years old- including preschool and before/after school care. Exercise classes include Senior Citizen classes, seated classes, Zumba, P90x, Bodypump, Yoga, and more. Pool times for laps, family swim, water aerobics (and swim lessons for an extra fee) Locker rooms and hot showers Downtown facility has no outdoor activities on site but some youth sports offsite (extra charge) No traditional camping, but summer day camp program for school aged children. The membership is 64 dollars a month, but if you were referred by a doctor you can come personally and appliy for the silver membership which upon you can fill out the form that we offer to see if your health insurance will cover either all or some of the expenses...

Yes! Adult passes are $10 and children are $5. Don't forget to pick up a gym schedule or call ahead since the basketball gym is used for various programs.
8 lessons cost $76 for a member and $114 for a non member. Lessons are generally once a week for 8 weeks and last 30 minutes each. Membership for a 7 year old is $12/month. Registration is currently open for the session beginning the week of 9/2/19.
The children's day camp is like a day care for the summer. It's not free, and usually you need to register in advance. The rate is weekly and depends on the number of days per week you plan for your child to attend. The children get on a bus that takes them to an actual camp, where they spend the day. The camp is up I 80 towards Tobyhanna.
