The employees are super nice and helpful. Nice book selection and they also provide public services such as English lessons and citizenship advisory. They treat everyone with respect and everybody is welcome.

Was there this morning Rudy is the best, this gentleman has been at this library for years and he has been consistently amicable, helpful, knowledgeable, a true professional and all this while maintaining a level of superb customer service very rarely seen here in Miami, if you are ever at this branch and need help with anything ,find Rudy.
