It's unbelievable how incompetent and rude they are in this office. They never answer the phone, the reception girls are not friendly at all, and I have been waiting for more than 3 months for them to solve a problem with my prescription and the doctor told me that in less than a week I would have everything resolved, and I have two weeks waiting for them to deign to give me an answer. If you can, never go to this office. IT IS THE WORST. I don’t understand how they can play with the need of people who need some medicines to improve their TYPE 1 DIABETES CONDITION.

Be prepared to be a number not a human. This is a Mill. The office is packed and you cannot get a human on the phone for any reason. It's very impersonal. I am shopping options.

A particular front staff employee at the Boynton office needs to be more professional. Very unpleasant experience. Physician was great; however, might not return due to the disrespectful front staff.

This practice is so well run and a pleasure to visit. I use Dr Horowitz and after seeing 2 other endocrinologists when I retired to So Florida, I found the right one. He is caring, patient, and understanding. I am finally moving in a great direction with my diabeties and got down to an A1C to 5.9. His staff also gets to know his patients and the care is wonderful. The practice has great education programs and I have taken advantage of them. I would highly recommend this wonderful practice.
