Car thieves. They have been holding my vehicle for an unknown reason and now have let me know they want to sell it. Or just give it to insurance like they wanted the NEXT DAY.

Towed my vehicle to their yard. Insurance wants the vehicle, but they won't release it. It's been only a week of holding my vehicle hostage that they have sent me a notice that they intend to sell my vehicle. What the hell is wrong with you people.

No one enjoys having to retrieve their vehicle out of an impound. It's literally meant to be negative consequence. As far as dealing with the company, although we had to make an appointment and unfortunately were late and called to let the company know we'd be late. The company made it all happen the same day, slightly above the price given to us but using the terms given days earlier to do the math for what we owed. The numbers were correct. The agent even gave a jump start to help us get home. I'll never say a consequence business is something I love or enjoy, but they did their due diligence to get us our car back and get it running to see us get home.

Anytime Towing is the worst place for your car. The guy who is towed your car is nasty and the girl who is inside the office is nasty. The girl who was inside was so rude there was a women who was in front of me she want to get her medication she had to call 911 but the girl who was inside was office was laughing and saying she doesn’t have any medication in the car when the police and ambulance went to check they found the medication in there. When after that occurred it was my turn the lady was so rude she was yelling at me and l told me to shut up and charged me $148 my car was towed at 3am and I went to pick it up at 10am the place looked absolutely ghetto. I parked my car in the parking lot in my apartment I have been renting since and November. These people are looking to sell your car they don’t tell you that there
