Eaited on line for 15 minutes and my slef and 4 other custermers left with out product or service the manager Sadie which doesnt seem.like managment material. was on the phone completing an order for Somerset Jail when 6 live people where their waiting for service and on family of 4 left and 3 single patrons. Doea no one care about courtesy any longer. When coffee is 4 bucks a cup and you can by walmarts brand 2 piunds for 7 dollars how long shod one wait in line same coffee at wal.mart time tp break put the thermos. The place is a joke Sadie td me direcrly she didnt care i could leave . If i owned it i would fire them all.

Dunkin on Madison Ave, across from tractor supply is AWESOME!! The the 3 girls that have been working their during the week have gotten my coffee right EVERYDAY and I dont know the last time that has happened! I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the girls (sorry I don't know your names) who make me have a GREAT DAY because you make AMAZING coffees!!

Messed up literally everything on my order. Coffee had no cold foam, sandwich had bacon instead of sausage, other sandwich was missing an egg, and didn't get the chocolate croissant I ordered at all. Literally hate skowhegan dunkins

When asking the guy in the drive thru what the promotion is with the salted caramel he says “I don’t know that’s not my department I just serve drinks.” Don’t advertise things your crew doesn’t know about and teach your people to ask questions.

They lock all the doors. No customer is ever allowed inside. They do drive through or curbside pickup which is where they walk it out to your car.
I would just keep the receipt(if you got one) and go back. They messed up my order yesterday and I called 100 times(literally) no answer so I called the dunkin on water st. the manager answered and said that she was going up there later and would leave a note for a refund. I went there later after an appointment and no note was left...but I sure as he'll wasn't leaving without my refund and you best believe i got it. I would go back and just stay in drive through demanding a refund.
Minimum wage full time work and unable to support their families, zero hope for advancement, little, if any, recognition or respect from patrons and/or management. Walk a mile in their shoes before offering criticism.
