Highly recommend! Customer service was 5star, turnaround time was unbelievably quick, price was reasonable when compared to other places. And the work was better than I’ve gotten at other places. But I must admit it’s costly to alter a dress and I wish not all formal dresses came made for a 6ft model).this is no reflection in the shop but the makers might want to consider not all humans are 6 ft tall. And a small dress might be for a shorter person. We went in due to length, the dress fit well in 90% of the other areas. BUT the seamstress went above and beyond to make sure it fit like a clove in all areas (length, back, new zipper). Even added a bussle so my daughter could dance without tripping. I’ll admit I had no clue what that was and not sure if she’ll use it, but if she does it’ll come in handy. They pinned it with her wearing it and did a final fitting (prom dress) 3 weeks prior to prom. Which would’ve been plenty of time for tweaks if needed. But none where! I highly recommend them! Prom dress alterations are $100-200 ish if your looking for a range and they do tell you over phone what range is so you know right away if that’s out of your budget.
