Chicken is always dry, burnt or half raw . Dining area as well as the food area is always dirty. Also they are always over crowded backed up and the cashiers always over charge you.

You should have taken the meal back. With your receipt. And explain to them how the food was. And they should give you another meal or give you a credit. The restaurant ( s) don't realize that if we the customer don't stop by and order,they have no business. Please tell them about your meal. Money is tight. Please go back and let it be known.
