Okayish, but not recommended. It used to have a very friendly and nice staff but the attention was very cold and dry, and the restaurant wasn't very crowded to expect the staff to be in a hurry and stressed. I also had high expectations, from my previous visits and memories of a tasty, juicy, decently sized chicken pieces, with the lemon-ish taste... Not anymore. Small pieces, not very tasty, and not even warm-ish for a place with very few customers. The only "good thing" was that the price - of the meal- was reasonable, cheaper than other restaurants; but the price of the "fountain drink" was very expensive - 2.59, and no refill. So, not recommended.

Questions & Answers

This is Miami's meanest tropical chicken, an hour and a half waiting for the order, the soda machine without ice, there are no tapas for the glasses. Close that place, please.

I have a bad experience at Pollo Tropical because the food was very rationed and the prices were high and the place was unsanitary. I will never go to this restaurant again.

I have a complain. I just ordered 3 chicken Caesar wrap an hour ago. And they gave me one wrap and a dessert. I found out at home and it is too late to comeback. They better pay attention next time. And this is not the first time.

It has happened to me before too. The manager told me to call them next time. I went the following day with the receipt and they gave me the missing items.
