I should have known better. I do not know much about pool therefore I rely on them to do the work. Big mistake! When you go in the store they act professional and knowledgeable. Once you hire them to do the job communication and knowledge go up to the roof. I am very disappointed and ashamed that I used them. They were supposed to resurface my pool. I went there pick up the tiles and I was told that I will be receiving an email. Never received an email. I went back and they told me tht they were going to send the email. Never received the email. They are fast talker because of that I went back and have them service my pool. After another company resurface it The guy only showed up for 3 days and that was it. No call no show. Oh well! You got me. You mess it up for the next person. Very disappointed because I trusted you. Shame on you guys..

I'm so disappointed with them they sell me mx8 elite it's not cheap they said good warranty for 2 yrs. I bought it the warranty also it will be 2 yrs in August but this cleaner not moving anymore I bring it to them march 2022 to get fix still warranty they call its done I pick it up to test they sell me 2 rubber wheels .nothing happen its not moving I bring it back they they going to look at it .after 3 weeks I went back the guy told me nothing wrong it s looks like working good they do anything I test it nothing not moving its a waste of time.i bought mx8 elite repair kit for $165 in Amazon I did it myself now it's working good.its better buy in Amazon..
