Dae’sha seemed to be more involved in texting on her phone than taking care of customers. She was not helpful, seemed frustrated when we asked she to repeat and looked very bored. Not very good customer experience overall. Is it because i was white?

From the entrance, the entire restaurant and bathrooms were slippy, lile it was covered in grease.. almost busted my butt every step i took
