O my, .... this lab test lady Adraina needs help with dealing with mentally ill people. she treated my friend with a lack of patience i have not ever seen before. My friend ended up getting the observed drug screening she needed for her probation officer but she was threatned multiple times that she would get a faild result if she didnt respond to the questions asked. Mind you, my friend is from Ukraine and understands limited english, the lady spoke english. The lab test lady Adriane also mentioned she has ADHD, that could be the reason for her lack of patience and rude demeanor.... u would think that would make her more sensative to communicating but it didnt. all im saying is people that work should be trained to handle all types of people, not just american human robots #8EFE #TruReal
