Update Unfortunately they have now hired one person who opens & she is highly disrespectful & does not follow ADA guidelines .had to go back for recheck labs once again the person who works in room one is disrespectful & caused pain during a blood draw on a patient who came out the door in pain . unfortunately they are now requiring masks & not asking for you to put one on please but threatening that if you don’t put it on that second she will cancel your appointment or not have your testing done. . They still have one friendly skilled & respectful employe who works I. Room number 2 who is incredible but the environment is no longer welcoming or friendly sadly.Also today they opened late & the same person from room one put a sticky note on the tablet that I was told said short staffed but yet all rooms at staff present she does not want to work & is highly aggressive,

Second time at Quest and DEFINATELY THE LAST! Their appointment sistem it is a bad joke. Walkins were taking in way past my appointment time. Staff is rude. At my first appointment the lady hat to do 3 separate drawings because she had no clue to read the paper where it says how many vials are needed. Horrible place.

Quest needs to work on their appointment system. It is probably the worst I have ever seen!
