You pretty much get what you pay for here. As photographers go they're super cheap, but you can end up with people in shadow or not grouped well.

I took my three girls to have pictures done and I am very happy. The price was very good and the girl taking our pictures did an amazing job. I will go to them again! Very thankful for such a great experience! My girls had a ton of fun taking pictures and review pictures after. Such a fun memorable time for us!

The session felt rushed and impersonal until our photographer mocked my family's smiles- it then felt VERY personal. Another employee commented that my children seemed to be from different families and wanted nothing to do with one another. They were quietly playing on devices while waiting for me to finish choosing from the proofs. It was very rude and unprofessional. The photos were off-center. The full body shots did not include our feet. I was told one price but charged another. I understand that this is a department store, cookie-cutter studio but I didn't expect to be insulted and ripped off.

We had Christmas pictures taken recently. There were no holiday props offered even though I asked twice for something that made it feel more like Christmas pictures. The photographer was good with our 18mos old, but we felt rushed and after I looked through the images, I realized that the sides of other backdrops were in our pictures. Very disappointing after over $100 was spent. The company needs to realize that when dealing with families and children there needs to be more time spent an not book appointments so close together. What a waste of time and money.
