Clinical Discovery Institute provides a welcoming and positive experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and offers opportunities to donate blood to help others in time of need. It is a nice way to give back to my community. Blayne and her team offer opportunities to allow us to donate. They are amazing and make me feel like part of the CSI family. Try them out, make it a NEW Years resolution!!

Called the facility to inquire on a matter of concerned if I should reschedule or not. (Aunt flow came strong with a bang) To be told I don't know how you control your personal hygiene. Only because I felt like rescheduling and to be told that comment constantly. I'm in the medical field I would never say that to my patients I would be more understanding. Everyone's cycle is different doesn't have to do with hygiene. When asked for someone higher you're getting combative on the phone. I was referred to this place not because of the money donated more so we're in medical and it's research. To be treated like this.. no thank you. To the so called manager who claims not to work in medical but is a recruiter um duh you're in a medical facility Get some customer service classes and learn how to be humble.
